Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sebuah model konseptual baru yang dapat mengisi keterbatasan studi terdahulu dan kesenjangan penelitian antara peran organizational learning dengan Kinerja SDM yang berpusat pada konsep vision intellectual leadership. Konsep Vision Intellectual Leadership diharapkan dapat memicu Kinerja SDM dengan didorong oleh pembelajaran organisasi yang dilakukan. Artikel ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut secara mendalam dan komprehensif terkait peningkatan kinerja SDM dengan pendekatan teori spiritual leadership dan resources Based View dengan pendekatan Intellectual Capital. Organizational learning meningkatkan perilaku Vision Intellectual Leadership dan ahirnya berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja SDM. Vision Intellectual Leadership memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja SDM dengan didorong oleh pembelajaran generatif dan adaptif. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa aspek asset intangible dapat mendorong pada efektivitas dan efisiensi output organisasi.
