Integrasi Manajemen Kualitas SNI Dan ISO Di Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara

Penerapan GCG dalam perusahaan menjadi standar penting untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan, akuntabilitas, dan mendorong keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang. Namun keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu, mendorong setiap perusahaan memiliki kerangka kerja yang efisien dalam menerapkan prinsip sistem manajemen, sehingga pengintegrasian sistem manajemen menjadi langkah penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. BUMN dalam penerapan GCG menjadi sangat penting agar dapat beroperasi secara lebih baik dengan kerangka kerja yang efisien dalam menerapkan prinsip GCG dalam konteks operasional dan manajemen perusahaan berkaitan dengan penerapan ISO yang memiliki prinsip dasar kerangka kerja untuk sistem manajemen yang berkualitas. Dari masalah diatas masih banyak BUMN yang belum menerapkan prinsip GCG. Kasus tersebut membuktikan bahwa kurangnya prinsip transparansi dalam pengelolaan manajemen di BUMN. Kasus ini menunjukkan masalah serius dalam penerapan operasional prinsip GCG di beberapa BUMN di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu integrasi penerapan standar SNI ISO pada BUMN dapat membantu organisasi dalam mencapai keunggulan operasional dalam kompleksitas lingkungan bisnis dengan lebih efektif seperti penerapan terpadu SNI ISO 9001, SNI ISO 14001, SNI ISO 45001, SNI ISO 37001, dan SNI ISO 55001.
