Abstrak

Tujuan Utama - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan digital dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan pelaku UMKM perempuan, dengan perilaku keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Metode -  Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS 3. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 pelaku UMKM perempuan di tiga Kabupaten di Jawa Tengan : Cilacap, Purbalingga dan Banyumas.

Temuan Utama - Studi ini membuktikan literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui perilau keuangan terhadap kesejahteraan  keuangan. Efek langsung dan mediasi tidak ditemukan pada hubungan antara inklusi keuangan dan kesejahteraan keuangan.

Implikasi Teori dan Kebijakan - Studi ini memberikan implikasi pada pengembangan teori perilaku terencana khususnya perilaku keuangan pemilik UMKM. Penelitian memberikan implikasi kebijakan kepada pemangku kepentingan  dalam pengembangan UMKM perempuan.

Kebaruan Penelitian - Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada pengujian perilaku keuangan sebagai variable mediasi antara literasi keuangan digital dan inklusi keuangan pada kesejahteraan keuangan
