Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan pendidikan karakter di TK Qurrata A’yun, yang bertujuan untuk memahami strategi guru dalam membentuk karakter positif siswa. Pendidikan karakter menjadi bagian integral dalam pembelajaran di usia dini, di mana anak-anak belajar tentang nilai-nilai moral, sosial, dan agama yang membentuk perilaku mereka di masa depan. TK Qurrata A’yun memanfaatkan berbagai strategi kreatif untuk membentuk karakter dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam, budaya lokal, dan kegiatan sosial dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan 5 orang guru dan observasi terhadap 15 siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara induktif untuk menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan strategi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, permainan edukatif dan pembiasaan nilai-nilai budaya lokal serta agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan di TK Qurrata A’yun cukup efektif dalam membentuk karakter anak. Guru memanfaatkan cerita inspiratif, eksplorasi alam, dan kegiatan berbasis budaya lokal untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan kepedulian sosial. Pembiasaan karakter melalui ibadah, permainan, dan kegiatan sosial lainnya meningkatkan pengertian siswa tentang nilai moral dan sosial yang penting dalam kehidupan mereka. Dengan demikian, TK Qurrata A’yun berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan karakter siswa secara holistik.
