INOVASI PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS STUDENT CENTERED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH MICROTEACHING
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan inovasi pengembangan model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa (student centered learning) dalam mata kuliah microteaching. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan desain model 4D yakni tahap pendefenisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Data penelitian ini berupa dokumen proses pengembangan, data kualitas bahan ajar oleh validator dan calon pengguna. Adapun kegiatan analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi, (1) proses pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah microteaching berbasis model pembelajaran student centered learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa FKIP UMSU, (2) kualitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dilihat dari produknya, dan (3) implementasi bahan ajar mata kuliah microteaching berbasis model pembelajaran student centered learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa FKIP UMSU. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan bahan ajar meliputi tahap pendefinisian dengan hasil berupa tahap perancangan dengan hasil draf bahan ajar dan tahap pengembangan dengan hasil berupa model final bahan ajar. Kualitas bahan ajar dikembangkan dinilai dari komponen kualitas bahan ajar, sajian tampilan bahan ajar, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Masing-masing komponen memeroleh 100%, 85%, 96,87%, 89,8%. Sementara tes akhir memeroleh rata-rata nilai 77,21 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71,5%.

Abstract: This research using research and development (R&D) method with model 4D design that is a level of definition, design, and development. This research data is a document of development process, quality data of teaching materials by validators and prospective users. The data analysis activities on this research include, (1) The process of teaching materials development of microteaching courses based on learning model of students centered learning to improve student learning outcomes of UMSU students, (2) Quality of teaching materials developed seen from the product, and (3) implementation of teaching materials Microteaching courses based student learning model centered learn to improve student learning outcomes of UMSU. Products ' research results that the process of developing teaching materials include the definition stage with the results of the design phase with the results of the teaching material draft and the development stage with the result of the model of teaching end materials. The quality of the teaching materials is developed from the quality components of the teaching materials, the display of teaching materials, and student learning outcomes. Each component is 100%, 85%, 96, 87%, 89, 8%. The final Test Adviesraad had an average of 77, 21 with a classic 71, 5%.
