Abstract
The education challenge is more serious nowadays. The variety of entertainments offered by electronic medias based on high level technology are not something simple. Those are another special challenging for education itselft. By descriptive analysis can see that edu-ecotourism potential exploration in Gronggong is effective for the presence of educational space as a source of learning based on character education environment. Edu-ecotourism potential exploring both practically and theoretically as the results of the study proves the existence of the strategy of presenting educational space as the idea of educational innovation solely the implementation of a character education system that does not exclude aspects of local wisdom of course.
