HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KEDISIPLINAN GURU DALAM MENDUKUNG KINERJA GURU MTS NEGERI DI KABUPATEN MAJALENGKA
Abstract
Observations made by supervisors at MTSN in Majalengka district, it appears that some teachers do not performwell in performing their duties and functions, meaning that they are in accordance with their main tasks and the function of teachers, such as : planning the teaching program, carrying out learning activities, daily exams, compiling and implementing improvement and enrichment programs and developing the areans of teaching that are his responsibility. As an illustration of teacher profiles whose performance is still low, among others : teachers teach monotonously and without proper preparation. Teachers still use the preparation of teaching very simply, not fully using the required curriculum reference, and inconsistetn in the implementation of RPP scenario that have been prepared, and in the teaching process the teacher still uses the lecture method. Â The research will be conducted in Majalengka district with research object focused on operational management of Islamic education related to the effort of improving teacher performance throught discipline and job satisfaction received.
