Abstract

K.H Ahmad Dahlan is education philosopher from Indonesia whose thought never end until now. The concept of education initiated by K.H Ahmad Dahlan was resulted in a great thought and a reference in managing education in Indonesia. The aims of research to find out the concept of educational philosophy thinking K.H Ahmad Dahlan. The study of the concept of educational Thought K.H. Ahmad Dahlan can be meticulously using the method of historical factual research. Presentation process can use singkronis model. The data analysis technique by Robert F. Berkhofer, Jr., that is by analyzing the history of situational, or action frame of reference.
