The way to evaluating and grading job in this research are by using point system method, so that a position is not only be considered as a higher or lower grade against the other job position, in case, the position is only announced with a score. This job analysis is also using AHP (Analythic Hierarchy Process) as the method.
As the result of the method, this research results that the biggest integrity of the Group A Net Production Department is the criteria of responsibility which has 4,3% since the subcriteria shows go the pace authority position. The result of position grouping also shows that the highest position score is 490 for the Production Coordinator and the lowest position relative score is only 110 for the Production Operator. That means, it has a positive linear leaning.
Since that, the firm should maintain and develop the human resources quality by giving motivation in which they offer the best prospect for the employees through the payment system according to the integrity of the job and in order to avoid social jealousy between each employees.
