Competition in the industry these days very rapidly once in the service industry and manufactur. This spurred the company services and manufactur continuously improving its products, both in terms of quality and in terms of service to consumers. To answer these challenges, product quality and short lead times is the key to success in winning the competition. Form of improvements were made on the production line with the implementation of lean manufacturing methods to identify waste along the value stream to find activities that are not value-added (non-value added .

Having done the research that of waste that is the most dominant method of value stream mapping tools. At the initial stage we analyze using the Current Value Stream Map to describe the initial conditions on the production process of processing the data acquired Future Value Stream Map of the condition after the repair. Based on the analysis and improvement of production processes through lean manufacturing, productivity will increase seen from the stages of the process there is a reduction in cycle time on the initial conditions the receipt of raw materials 56 hours / ton to 40 hours / ton, the intake 2 hours / ton to 1.5 hours / ton, the process of packing 1.5 hours / ton to 1 hour / ton.

With the reduction in lead times from the stages of the production process on the initial conditions takes 9,86 days, after repairs to 7,73 days.
