Company as an organization which is a collection of people who interact in an agreement to meet individual goals and objectives of the organization. To achieve the desired results companies need policies exploiting its resources, one of which Human Resources.

Leadership in an organization is a factor that determines the success of the organization. Leadership style of leadership is very big influence on the company and employee satisfaction lead. Good leader is able to adjust his style of leadership to the situation that occurred in the workplace.

This research used path analysis, the variables studied were leadership style variable (exogenous variables) include: leadership style instruction (X1), consulting (X2), participatory (X3) and the leadership style of delegation (X4). Job satisfaction variables (Y1) and employee performance (Y2) as (endogenous variable). The study was conducted at PT. ALBATA palimanan-Cirebon by distributing questionnaires to employees and then processed using path analysis.

The results of the study, there are two significant variables and the effect on job satisfaction (Y1) is the leadership style of instruction (X1) 36.8% and participative leadership style (X3) to job satisfaction (Y1) 41.7%, the two variables has relations 51.8%. While only one significant variable of the job performance of employees of PT. ALBATA palimanan-Cirebon is a participatory leadership style with a 47% direct influence on the performance of the employment.
