Pertamina (Perusahaan Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Bumi Negara) is an Oil and natural gas Company owned by the government centered in Jakarta. RU VI Balongan is one kind of Refinery Unit which is producing fuel, for the example is Pertamax.

Along with the plan to limit the consumption of fuel oil (BBM) subsidy in April this year, Pertamina plans to reduce production and increase production premium pertamax gradually. Premium targeted Pertamina no longer produced in 2017. "Since this year's production ofpremium will decrease,"

With so many products to be distributed by Pertamax RU VI Balongan, companies have difficulty in regulating the distribution of its products. Besides frequent delays in product distribution due to fluctuating market demand resulting in inventory at RU VI tank becomes full.

An attempt to ascertain the number of products Pertamax should be distributed to each region of West Java in particular Indramayu, Cirebon, Tegal, Kuningan, Jakarta and appropriately, then used the method of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP). The amount of product needs for each market location can be predicted using the method of Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing method of Holt, and then compare ¡he value of Mean Squared Error (MSE) of the two forecasting methods are then chosen method of Brown Double Exponential Smoothing the best because produces the smallest MSE.

The purpose of this research is to produce Pertamax production planning so as to know the amount of product needs for each region pertamax particularly in the western Java Indramayu, Cirebon, Tegal Brass, Majalengka and Jakarta. With DRP method can be met and controlled supply patterns pertamax products are delivered to every region so well tank capacity in RU VI, TTU Balongan, and Jakarta can be controlled so that there is no excess stock products pertamax (over stock).
