Competition in the industry these days very rapidly once in the service industry and manufactur. This spurred the company service and manufactur continuously improving its products, both in terms of quality and in terms of service to consumers. To answer these challenges, product quality and short lead times in the key to success in winning the competition. Form of improvements were made on the production line with the implementation of lean manufacturing methods to identify waste along the value stream to find activities that are not value-added (non-value added). Mapping based on the type of waste that is the most dominant method of value stream mapping tools. At the initial stage we analyze using the Current Value Stream Map to describe the initial conditions on the production process of processing the data acquired Future Value Stream Map of the condition after the repair. Base on the analysis and improvement of production processes through lean manufacturing, productivity will increase seen from the stages of the process there is a reduction in cycle time at the beginning of the drying process conditions 16 hours/ ton to 12 hours/ ton, and the washing fan process 4.03 hours/ ton to 2.25 hour/ ton, the drying 2.30 hours/ ton to 1.83 hours ton, the frying process 8.58 hours/ ton to 6.72 hours/ ton, the cooling process is 2.98 hours/ ton to 2.13 hours/ ton. With the reduction in lead times from the stages of the production process on the initial conditions takes 7.03 days, after repairs to 5.9 days.
