In the work system there is a time analysis associated with the determination of production and the amount of production produced maximum without exceeding the maximum capacity of a plant and operator. Timing is also known as the standard time of a process that becomes one of the important things by the company to maximize performance and production as well as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the production system. The object of research conducted at AUTO 2000 Branch Cirebon is a company engaged in the field of services by offering various services car service.

Problems that occur is the absence of standard time service process periodically in the Express Maintanance in AUTO 2000 Branch Cirebon. So the timing of the completion is not timely with the time already planned. The fact is still the use of target time to solve every menu of service that exist and equalization of target time which is used in every service menu that is done, so need to do existence of measurement of standard time for each each service menu, in order to know how long time needed to finish each sercive menu. Based on the above problem, then for the settlement determine the standard time of service process periodically in the express maintanance using the measurement method directly by using Stopwatch.

To know the regular time of service of a job must take into account the time cycle and normal time first, because for both time is the first step before the calculation of the standard time. For cycle times of 10,000km, 20,000km and 40.000km, the service is 1535.55 seconds, 1579.45 seconds and 2225.35 seconds. At normal time calculation involves factor factor for worker and get value 0,09 for adjustment factor, normal time service menu 10.000km, 20.000km and 40.000km is equal to 1673,75 second, 1721,60 second and 2425,63 second. Result of calculation Standard time obtained from above calculation for 10.000km periodical service equal to 1924,81 second / car ≈ 32 min / car ≈ 0,53 hour / car. for periodic service 20,000km for 1979,84 seconds / car ≈ 33 minutes / car ≈ 0.55 hours / car. for 40,000km regular service of 2789.48 seconds / car ≈ 46.49 minutes / car ≈ 0.77 hours / car. which involves allowance to workers and scores 15% according to conditions in the environment and work situation.
