CV. JAVA - Jati Visions Raya is a engaged company in the manufacturing industry in which one of the products is Wall Tiles Coco 3x3 (42x42) KW 1. In the production process Wall Tiles Coco 3x3 (42x42) KW 1 there is some waste or work activities are important but not value-added (Necessary non-value added activity) and work activities that do not add value (non-value added activity) in the transformation of inputs into outputs along the value stream, which are still there is activity that requires long processing time in the production process, the production process flow and flow inefficient transport. To increase the productivity of the company first known activities that provide added value (value added activity), an important but not value-added (Necessary non-value added activity) and does not provide added value (non-value added activity). The purpose of this study was to identify the seven waste, waste is then taken two of the most dominant, and how to minimize waste of the most dominant and to know what to do improvement companies to minimize waste. In this study, the method used is to use lean manufacturing approach. Lean manufacturing approach aims to eliminate waste (waste elimination). Wastage identified with seven waste by Shigeo Shingo (Hines & Taylor, 2000), then the mapping in detail in order to obtain the proper tools in the mapping process flow using Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT). The results of this study was to determine the types of waste (waste) are the most dominant place in the production process Wall Tiles Coco 3x3 (42x42) KW 1 with waste workshop, which found that the defect of 4.25% and 3.75% excessive transportation, after the most dominant waste known next step is to identify the cause of the waste with root cause analysis and then performed using the method proposed improvement 5W+1H. Based on the results of the correlation matrix calculation Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT), tools Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and Quality Filter Mapping (QFM) was chosen to minimize waste because it has the highest correlation with the two dominant waste in the production process Wall Tiles Coco 3x3 (42x42) KW 1. Tool Process Activity Mapping (PAM) with a total weight of 106.08 chosen to minimize waste and excessive transportation Quality Filter Mapping tool (QFM) with a total weight of 63.75 was chosen to minimize waste defect. From the results obtained by minimizing waste production lead time reduction processing Wall Tiles Coco 3x3 (42x42) KW 1 of 13018.25 minutes 12847.71 minutes to 1500 per panel orders (250 boxes).
