Abstrak

This study aims to develop a web-based maternal and child health (MCH) monitoring information system with nutritional status and height features using the Z-Score method for monitoring children's nutritional status at the Sri Rahayu Midwifery Clinic. This system is specifically designed to automatically calculate the Weight for Age (W/A) index using the Z-Score method based on WHO growth standards. System development is carried out through several stages including needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system offers a digital solution that replaces manual recording methods that are currently prone to errors. Key features include anthropometric data input, automatic calculation of the BB/A Z-Score, classification of nutritional status (malnutrition, undernutrition, normal, and overnutrition), and data visualization in the form of growth charts. The system is also equipped with a notification feature for early detection of malnutrition cases. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the quality of child health services at midwife clinics, especially in terms of monitoring nutritional status. With this more accurate and efficient system, it is expected to help prevent and treat nutritional problems in children early.
