SISTEM INFORMASI BURSA KERJA KHUSUS PADA SMK SE-KOTA CIREBON

Abstract

SMK must have a Special Job Exchange (BKK), which is a body that handles the problem of distributing graduates and job vacancies. The Cirebon City Vocational High School (SMK) is an educational institution that has the task of providing infrastructure in education. In the delivery of information related to the Cirebon City Vocational High School BKK, information is still attached to job vacancies on school notice boards, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups. didn't join the group didn't know it. Starting from information on job vacancies, applying for jobs, information on test schedules from companies and the process of storing data, applicants still use Microsoft Excel. This causes frequent loss of applicant data processing. In the process of applying for jobs, it is still done by means of job seekers having to come to school. And to find out the schedule given, you have to wait for official notification from the company which takes a long time because the information on the test schedule provided by the company is sent to the school and will be continued to prospective workers and in carrying out tests/psychotests it is still done manually or offline.In designing this particular job market information system, it is modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Built using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database.
